Our member is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Outside Sales Representative

to join a dynamic construction and service-focused team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and representing our brand across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, development, and restoration.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, site visits, referrals, and outreach. Build and maintain relationships with developers, homeowners, architects, adjusters, and industry professionals. Conduct in-person presentations to promote services and close new contracts. Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and estimators to prepare proposals and tailored solutions. Contribute ideas and feedback for social media posts and website updates to help drive visibility and engagement. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in construction, contracting, or related industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to provide creative input on marketing initiatives (social content, website updates). Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the GTA. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth.
