As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing Managed IT Services contracts. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, building client relationships, and working closely with a sales engineer to deliver tailored IT solutions.Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect daily (when not in the field), network, and implement diverse sales strategies to identify and qualify leads.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, including creating proposals and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, utilizing CRM tools to track progress.
  • Partner with sales engineers to develop customized IT solutions that address client challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 3xe2x80x935 years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong track record in lead generation and closing deals.
  • Exceptional ability to secure meetings, engage decision-makers, and build lasting relationships.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and understanding of the sales lifecycle process.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with IT services or professional services is a plus.
  • Ability to design and implement creative sales approaches.
  • Experience preparing detailed sales reports and presentations.
