Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably in technology-related fields.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to meeting client needs.
Ability to analyze market data and sales performance metrics for informed decision-making.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
