Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the marketplace.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with technology sales and ability to understand technical products.
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
