Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

CabineTec. is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our sales & design team. Offerings include but not limited to, custom and standardized cabinetry packages, installation services, service/maintenance programs and other related products in the cabinet industry. The independent sales representative's responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying networking opportunities, answering customers' questions, finding new customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media advertising and working with other members of our organization to create tailored packages for clients. You should also be able to implement effective sales strategies to continually meet or exceed sales quotas. To be successful with CabineTec., you should be committed to achieving sales goals through self-driven efforts with minimal involvement of upper-level management. A very open role that provides professional freedom. Ultimately, a top-performing independent sales representative with CabineTec. should demonstrate and maintain effective communication with management, partner organizations, and current and potential clientele all with hours and workflow being at their discretion.

What we expect from you:



Identifying potential customers through networking and following leads. Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products. Working with customers to purchase company products by highlighting benefits and key features that are tailored to their needs. Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers and partner organizations. Negotiating pricing with clientele. Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing. Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations. Filling out the necessary paperwork and obtaining customers' signatures to complete each sale. Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints. Consistently meeting sales targets and quotas.

The ideal candidate requires:



High school diploma or GED Higher education or certification (benefit) Valid driver's license 2+ Years in Cabinetry Sales or other related building material sales The ability to travel to customers. The ability to work independently. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation Structure:



Commission on the pre-tax sales total of all sales acquired and fulfilled to the contractual end (commission rates to be discussed based on experience) Annual performance bonuses No-cap structure on all commission sales
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
