The Role
You won't just be selling products; you'll be selling solutions. As our Outside Sales Representative, you will lead our growth in the Northern Alberta corridor, building relationships with industrial contractors, facility managers, and engineers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Consultative Selling:
Using your technical knowledge to recommend switchgear, motor controls, and industrial distribution products.
Relationship Management:
Cultivating long-term partnerships with existing clients while hunting for new industrial opportunities.
Technical Presentations:
Confidently presenting complex electrical solutions in both the shop and the boardroom.
Territory Strategy:
Managing your own schedule and travel within the region to maximize face-to-face client time.
What You Bring to the Table
The Ticket:
You are a
Journeyman Electrician
(Red Seal preferred). You speak the language of the industry because you've lived it.
The Persona:
You are outgoing, technical expert with a salesperson's heart. If you are as comfortable walking a muddy job site talking shop with a foreman as you are in a boardroom pitching a $500k switchgear package to an executive team, we want to talk to you.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong familiarity with industrial electrical systems and power distribution.
Forward-Thinking:
