We are seeking a customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to support the team at our Calgary, Alberta location.



What You Will Do:



Uphold and embody FGI Customer Service Standards and Core Values with customers, colleagues and stakeholders Champion FGI's safety culture by performing all duties within established procedures and practices Travel to customer locations within assigned territory.

(Up to 75% travel time)

Engage with current and new customer orders Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective customers. Forecast and develop potential sales plans for all customers Provide reporting on accounts outlining customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Review new product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends as they are released Participate in training programs that vendor, sales other professional development areas. Conduct industry related presentations May deliver parts to customer locations Other duties as assigned.

What We Require:



Valid class 5/G license with 5 years of Canadian driving experience required Driver's abstract with no major infractions in the last 5 years required 3-5 year's sales experience in an outside sales position preferred Excellent customer service skills - Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of external and internal customers Strong communication skills - Confident in delivering clear and detailed information to customers and team members Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technology - Able to learn in-house systems Heavy duty parts knowledge or background in a related industry is an asset Proficiency with multiple languages is an asset
