Position Overview
As an
Outside Sales Representative
, you will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in providing customized filtration solutions and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Actively manage and expand accounts within a shared assigned territory (Northern and Eastern Alberta - HWY 63 / HWY 881, FM, Cold Lake, Bonnyville).
Develop leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth.
Conduct site visits, technical reviews, and walk-throughs to understand customer needs.
Provide expert consultation on filtration products and solutions.
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
2 years Minimum of years of outside sales experience
, in oil & gas, filtration, or industrial B2B sales. Operators and EIT are also welcome to apply. We will train you to be a rockstar.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license
with a clean driving record.
High school diploma required;
post-secondary education preferred
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Capable of
lifting 50 lbs
and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Home Office Based Currently
Proficiency in
Microsoft 365
.
Must reside in the Lac La Biche, or Fort McMurray region.
