What You'll Do
We're looking for a self-motivated
Outside Sales Representative
to build lasting client relationships, grow strategic accounts, and represent Xenali's furniture and equipment offerings to commercial clients.
Sales & Client Development
Prospect and qualify new leads in assigned territories
Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demos
Build tailored solutions for businesses and institutions
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals with internal support
Meet monthly sales goals on a consistent basis
Account Management & Support
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with project and logistics teams to ensure flawless delivery
Address client concerns and provide after-sales support
Market Engagement & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client feedback
Share insights to improve offerings and support targeted marketing
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Comfortable working independently, with reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for site visits
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in furniture, interiors, construction supplies, or related sectors
Familiarity with NetSuite, 2020 Design, or Mozaik Configurator
Diploma or Degree in Business, Interior Design, or Architecture
