We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in B2B sales, particularly within technology or related industries. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enable effective communication with a diverse client base. Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and account growth
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings
Qualifications
MUST HAVE MEDICAL OR DENTAL BACKGROUND
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
Strong negotiation and business development skills
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis
Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
Knowledge of marketing principles and technology solutions relevant to the industry
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and driving growth

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
