Position Overview



MegaGen Implant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic B2B sales, relationship management, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for the dental industry and the drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

This is a demanding yet rewarding role requiring a "hunter" mindset and a commitment to exceeding sales targets. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including attending conferences, education courses, and networking events on weekends and evenings, to expand your network and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and dental professionals to foster long-term partnerships. Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Market Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to assess market trends, identify customer needs, and present tailored solutions to potential clients. Sales Tracking: Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage accounts, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics. Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, communicating the benefits of MegaGen's dental products and solutions effectively to both existing and prospective clients. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Industry Engagement: Attend dental conferences, continuing education courses, and other professional events, often during evenings and weekends, to stay informed about the latest industry trends and opportunities for business development. Customer Service & Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.

Requirements:



A background in dental sales is essential as this role involves surgical dental sales.



Proven experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients, close deals, and build strong business relationships. Strong drive to actively seek and acquire new business opportunities, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals that align with both client needs and business objectives. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage with diverse audiences, from dental professionals to collaborating with internal teams. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage relationships, and analyze performance. Ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions to stay ahead of competitors and serve client needs. Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration within the team and contribute to a high-performance culture. Willingness to work beyond regular office hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend conferences, educational courses, and networking events. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
