Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Outside Sales Representative
to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our signage and installation services to businesses in the local area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses enhance their brand visibility.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales of signs, graphics, maintenance and installation services.
Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and in-person visits.
Conduct on-site consultations with customers to understand their signage needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct site surveys with accurate measurements to aid in the quoting and estimating process
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Collaborate with the design, estimating and production teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B, signage, graphics, or a related industry.
Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and strong command of the English language.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable with networking, cold calling, and in-person sales meetings.
Basic knowledge of signage materials, manufacturing processes, or willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
