Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively
Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, utilizing analysis skills to identify market trends
Collaborate with marketing, to generate leads and execute targeted campaigns
Manage accounts using our CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
Strong negotiation and account management skills
Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales processes
Excellent analysis skills for market research and sales forecasting
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets
A proactive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Drivers License is required
