What You'll Do
Your mission is simple: bring in new business.
You'll represent G&J Equipment out in the field, building strong relationships with contractors, rental shops, site developers, and large organizations with fleet needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Generate new business on the road
-- daily outbound visits, cold drop-ins, and territory development
Target mid-size and large companies
for fleet sales and long-term partnerships
Conduct on-site assessments
to understand customer needs and recommend the right machines
Promote our full lineup
of excavators, skid steers, attachments, and financing programs
Create new rental shop opportunities
by introducing our brand to independent and regional rental operators
Represent G&J professionally
at job sites, yards, and customer locations
Work closely with our sales and management team
to keep the pipeline moving and deals closed
