Summary

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business growth by building relationships with clients and delivering outstanding service. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing top-notch door and lock solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Manage accounts effectively to ensure ongoing business opportunities. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Report on sales metrics and progress towards targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the locksmith or related industry. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. Excellent business development abilities with a focus on B2B sales. Familiarity with account management practices is a plus. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred. A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Pay: $37,983.26-$128,078.87 per year
