Doug Lacey’s Basement Systems – the LEADER in basement waterproofing and foundation repair – is GROWING!
We are looking for individuals with PAST SALES EXPERIENCE to help us help as many customers as possible!
The ideal candidate will have provable sales experience, come from a construction industry background, and will be comfortable following a proven sales process! We will book your days with HIGH QUALITY leads, which makes up 90% of your workload. The other 10% of the time, you will be helping the company by promoting yourself to your own network, with the intention of sniffing out and finding further opportunity.
You are self-driven and you want to learn. You will spend the necessary time watching our educational videos, so you are prepared to help with customer problems. You want to work hard on yourself, so you can be the very best that you can be! You are AMBITIOUS!
You are the QUEEN/KING of follow-ups. When a customer says “no”, you understand that it really means “not right now”….and you follow-up again! You are organized, you are relentless, and you are going to SKY-ROCKET to the top!
We can’t hold your hand, but we will be there to help you along. This is your time to shine, and you want to do it as a SYSTEM DESIGN SPECIALIST with Doug Lacey’s Basement Systems!
Essential Job Functions:

  • Drive to appointments at customer’s homes,
  • Diagnose customer home issues by collecting information, taking pictures, and drawing diagrams,
  • Deliver home repair solutions following our unique system,
  • Following up with customers by phone and email as needed, and
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.

Job Requirements:
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License and own a clean, reliable vehicle.
  • Possess strong listening and communication skills.
  • Be coachable and willing to follow a proven company sales process.
  • Be proficient working with computer software.
  • Detail-oriented, focused, and a team player with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
  • Two (2) years of sales experience, or equal combination of education and experience.
  • Attend weekly Sales meetings.
  • Meet company CRM information requirements.
