We are looking for an Outreach Manager to expand our existing team who can:

Identify and research potential clients in industry groups we are established in Communicate through emails, LinkedIn, in person meeting and conference gatherings Create a good impression and build on our company's stellar reputation Engage with potential clients and find opportunities for our company to serve them Support and respond to existing clients and their needs Collaborate with our collection, marketing, and outreach team members
We require experience in third party collections, a proven track record of business development and sales, an outgoing personality and positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

We would like to offer our new team member:

A flexible work schedule Hybrid work from home or one of our branch locations across Canada A starting salary between $40,000 and $70,000 per year dependent on experience. Commissions and bonuses (typically $0-$8000 per month) A travel stipend Branch profit sharing (typically $0-$400 per month) Fully paid medical benefits Free fitness club membership A pension (100% matched by the employer)
