Rotation/Shifts





Days and possible weekends, 8 and shifts (07:30-15:30, 08:00-16:00)

Basic Requirements




  • Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12);
  • Six (6) months recent clerical experience;
  • Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learing program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
  • Data Entry (4000 keystrokes/hour);
  • Basic Word;
  • Basic Excel;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English and French \xe2\x80\x93 oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French- and English-speaking clients.
