Start a new adventure in the Boreal Forest! We are looking for an excellent team player with strong organizational skills to join our F&B Management team. You will be highly motivated and have an innate drive to succeed. A strong F&B background and knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations is vital to the success in this role. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Outlets at Elk Ridge Resort - the Wyld Casual Pub, Fredrich Fine Dining Restaurant (and Banquets Management assistance in winter season). You will be responsible for training new employees and using your leadership skills to ensure the success of the Outlets. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead by example and motivate employees, creating a passion for consistent service. You will set a very high standard of guest service and ensure consistency throughout the entire team.
• Build and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring each of the team members are set up for success, providing them with on the floor leadership and proper resources to do their job.
• Schedule and supervise staff so that revenue and labour objectives are met.
• Ensure a clean and well-maintained work environment, with a focus on employee health and safety.
• Floor presence is crucial during peak times, and you must have the flexibility to work as business volumes dictate.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years leadership experience in Hotel Food and Beverage
• A passion for food, wine and exceptional guest service a necessity
• Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
