We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and outgoing individual to fill the role of
Outlets Manager.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regular communication with the Food and Beverage Manager
Create employee schedules based on business levels
Identifying potential training needs
Following up with customers complaints
Ensure all team members are in proper uniform
Monitor cleanliness of the Pub an Restaurant area
Organize promotional activities
Visible presence in the outlets during peak buiness levels
Ensure staff are following all food control and safety regulations
Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is required
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Knowledge of basic accounting and cost control procedures
Ability to demonstrate leadership to maintain successful daily operations
Food & Beverage Management training is a strong asset
Ability to speak both official languages is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $52,000.00 per year
