The Position

Couchiching Court Restaurant is Casino Rama\'s own extensive all-buffet restaurant, and prides itself on providing friendly and courteous service! In the role of Couchiching Court Server, this exciting and dynamic position revolves around providing a high level of customer service to our guests and ultimately assisting our team\'s goal of creating a welcoming atmosphere, that will bring our patrons back time after time. If you enjoy and have proven food and beverage service experience then we are interested in hearing from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Serve drinks to guests
• Clear and set tables
• Light housekeeping duties required (side duties)
• Must provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Require

• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Previous serving experience is preferred
• Good table service etiquette and wine service ability
• French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
• All employees at Casino Rama are expected to:

• Comply with the duties of workers or supervisors, as prescribed by Section 27 or 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Comply with all applicable Casino Rama Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols
• Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers
