Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic

Youth Sports Program Manager

to lead and grow our youth soccer and flag football offerings at our premier

turf field located in Burlington

. This

in-office position

focuses on

organizing youth programs, tournaments, and leagues

, while also handling

marketing, administrative tasks

, and participant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage

youth soccer and flag football programs

, including seasonal

leagues, camps, and tournaments

Ensure efficient scheduling and use of the

turf field

for practices and games

Develop and implement strategies for

filling youth leagues, camps, and tournaments

Oversee marketing campaigns, email outreach, and social media promotions to drive registrations

Coordinate with coaches, referees, parents, and participants to ensure program success

Perform general

administrative work

, including registration management, roster updates, field scheduling, and customer service

Track program participation, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement

Maintain accurate program documentation and reports

Qualifications:

Experience

organizing youth sports programs

, preferably in soccer and flag football

Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail

Knowledge of sports marketing and community outreach strategies

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working on-site in an

office environment

at the turf facility

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and registration systems

Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

Background in recreation, sports management, or youth development

Familiarity with the Burlington area or similar community-based sports programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
