Sales Representative - Canadian Outerwear (Commission + Monthly Stipend)

Summary

:
Northern Sun is a Canadian outerwear brand built for everyday life in the cold -- from commutes to campgrounds to weekend adventures. We're looking for a driven, experienced sales rep to help us grow our wholesale business. You'll be calling lodges, outfitters, trades, and small businesses who need dependable gear -- and earning commission on every order you help land.

This is a part-time, remote position with a 90-day trial. We'll provide product training, sales support, and everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

:

Prospect and contact new wholesale leads (tour operators, resorts, contractors, etc.) Pitch co-branded opportunities (with custom logos) Make outbound calls and send follow-ups Track outreach and lead progress Work closely with the founder to close deals

Who You Are

:

Confident communicator with proven sales experience Familiar with the outdoor industry in Canada Comfortable working independently and finding new leads Existing contacts in tourism, construction, or outdoor retail is a big plus Bonus points if you already know and wear Northern Sun

Compensation

:

$500/month flat fee for 90-day trial 15% commission on all sales you generate Bonus potential for strong results
