As we scale up, we're looking for an

Outcomes Manager

to join our Sales team. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Success, the Outcomes Manager plays a critical role in the sales process to ensure the success of prospective customer pilot projects, as well as continued expansion of enterprise accounts. This individual will be responsible for guiding prospective customers through the pilot phase to test BinSentry's technology in their production environments, ensuring a seamless experience, delivering data-driven insights, and ultimately supporting conversion to a full commercial sale. Additionally, the Outcomes Manager will support ongoing customer growth through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with commercial customers, supporting the sales team as they work to drive expansions, upsells, and cross-sells. The Outcomes Manager will work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Specialists, and prospective customers to maximize pilot project success and customer satisfaction.



This role requires a blend of project management, training, data analysis, and communication skills to drive engagement and deliver measurable results. The successful candidate can be located either in the KW area, or anywhere in North America.



Key Responsibilities






Pilot Management




Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of customer pilot projects, ensuring they meet defined success criteria. Act as the primary point of contact for the prospective customer during the pilot project phase, ensuring alignment between their expectations and the company's objectives. Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless pilot project experience. Proactively identify risks and challenges in pilot project execution and develop mitigation strategies.

Training & Enablement




Develop and deliver training materials tailored to pilot project customers to ensure successful adoption of the product or service. Conduct onboarding sessions, webinars, and hands-on training to facilitate smooth customer experiences. Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to continuously refine training and product offerings.

Analytics & Performance Tracking




Monitor pilot project performance metrics and customer engagement levels. Analyze data to identify trends, roadblocks, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and customers to demonstrate value and ROI.

Presentations & Reporting




Prepare and present pilot project results, insights, and next steps to prospective customers, ensuring a clear path to commercial conversion. Create compelling reports and presentations to support Sales in demonstrating the value proposition. Support Account Executives in final negotiations by providing data-driven insights that reinforce the business case for full adoption.




Qualifications




5+ years of experience in customer success, sales operations, project management, or a related role. Demonstrated training skills, with experience leading teams or individuals to adopt new processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally. Experience in SaaS, technology, and/or agricultural sectors preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and presentation software.
