Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in
technology
sales or business development is preferred.
Strong background in inside sales or customer service roles is advantageous.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Familiarity with technical sales concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
