As we continue to grow, we are seeking a

motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Representative

to join our onsite team.

Role Overview

As a

Sales Representative

, you will work

onsite

and be responsible for handling

warm inbound leads and outbound follow-ups

with prospective students interested in our welding training programs. Your role is to educate, guide, and convert qualified leads into enrolled students.

This is a

full-time position

offering a

base salary plus commission

, with an

annual earning potential of up to $72,000

for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact company-provided leads via phone and follow up professionally Explain OWC's welding training programs clearly and confidently Build strong rapport with prospective students and understand their career goals Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales outcomes Deliver a positive and professional customer experience Work closely with the team to improve sales performance

Requirements

Strong communication and persuasion skills Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is an asset Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in an onsite office environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking systems (training provided)
