Overview:

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll be integral in driving our sales efforts and enhancing customer relationships. Your role will involve managing both inbound and outbound sales calls, guiding customers through our services, and ensuring their satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to engage and attract customers. Process customer sign-ups and create accurate accounts. Offer expert recommendations and upsell additional services. Collect and organize customer information for future follow-ups. Build and nurture strong customer relationships. Identify and act on sales opportunities to meet and exceed goals. Provide professional assistance via phone, walk-ins, email, and internal transfers. Close sales effectively and achieve designated sales targets. Complete sales documentation and perform administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is considered an asset. Experience in telecommunication sales is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Ability to work on internal systems for extended periods. Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and hours based on peak seasons and customer demand. Willingness to work alternating shifts (8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 11:00 am to 7:00 pm). Participation in company sales events as needed.

Compensation:

* Base salary with commission opportunities.
