This is a structured, metrics-driven training path that prepares high-potential talent for promotion into
Account Executive or
Strategic Sales
roles within JD Sign Group.

What You'll Do
Participate in daily coaching sessions with VP Sales and senior reps.
Learn JD's value proposition, client industries, and competitive landscape.
Master our
outbound sales
techniques.
Execute
high-volume outbound campaigns
to targeted industry lists (QSR, retail, construction, corporate rebranded sectors).
Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for senior sales executives.
Track all outreach and KPIs in
Zoho CRM
with precision and discipline.
Requirements
Who You Are
Driven by achievement and metrics; competitive by nature
Confident communicator -- comfortable on the phone and in writing
Highly organized and disciplined with data and follow-through
Eager to learn about the signage industry and complex B2B program sales
Tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred -- Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Minimum 2 year experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service preferred
College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

$50,000 - $60,000 CAD base salary, plus variable compensation (commission & bonus)
