Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outbound SaaS Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging potential clients and showcasing our innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and software development, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.

Duties



Identify and research potential clients within the SaaS market to generate leads. Conduct outreach through various channels including email, phone calls, and social media to initiate conversations with prospects. Qualify leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with our software solutions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving outreach strategies.

Requirements



Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the SaaS industry. Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and software development processes. Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, C++, and SQL. Experience with web development frameworks like React Express and RESTful APIs. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems like GitHub and SVN. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage technical audiences effectively. Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
