Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: 10+ Hours/day, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week Location: Edmonton, AB and surrounding area Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions
Requirements:

• Personal Reliable Vehicle
• CSA approved steel toed boots with 6\xe2\x80\x9d ankle support
• Clean Driver\xe2\x80\x99s Abstract, Valid Class 5 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License, Class 3Q considered a strong asset

Pre-employment:

• Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)
• Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Tire Technician Responsibilities:

• Service tires on vehicles and a variety of equipment.
• Assemble and prepare OTR tires for installation or repair

• Operate heavy-duty tire servicing equipment and tools
• Assist in maintaining inventory for tire-related equipment
• Respond to after-hours call-outs as directed by your supervisor.
• Promote, execute and adhere to the company\xe2\x80\x99s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.

Tire Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as an OTR Tire Technician
• Experience operating and maintaining tire manipulators required
• Experience Operating a service truck required
