Job Summary:

Physio Treats is a well-established multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Kitchener seeking a skilled and patient-focused Osteopath to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who values evidence-informed care, collaborative practice, and long-term patient outcomes in a clinical rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive osteopathic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on osteopathic manual therapy for musculoskeletal dysfunctions, chronic pain, postural issues, and functional limitations Integrate osteopathic treatment with physiotherapy and massage therapy care plans when appropriate Educate patients on self-management, posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and professional standards Collaborate with physiotherapists, RMTs, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient-centered care

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Osteopathy from a recognized osteopathic institution Registered member in good standing with a recognized osteopathic association in Ontario Professional liability insurance Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Experience in a rehab or clinical environment is an asset New graduates are welcome to apply
