Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

Licensed Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

to join our multidisciplinary wellness team at Strathmere Wellness Club. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and manual therapy techniques, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and structural imbalances. A professional who is passionate about client care, positive-minded, and able to work collaboratively in a spa-wellness environment will thrive in this role. Candidates must be licensed to issue insurance receipts for osteopathic services in Ontario.

Responsibilities

Perform osteopathic assessments and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Provide therapeutic care focused on mobility, posture, pain management, and structural balance. Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records. Communicate effectively with clients and other practitioners to support integrated wellness care. Create a safe, comfortable, and professional atmosphere that promotes client trust and relaxation. Stay current with best practices in manual osteopathy, anatomy, and holistic wellness.

Qualifications

Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP) or equivalent education. Member in good standing with a recognized Ontario osteopathic association authorized to issue insurance receipts (OAO, ONOA, SOC, etc.). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and manual techniques (soft tissue, craniosacral, visceral, structural). Excellent communication, professionalism, and client relations skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work independently. Experience in a wellness clinic or spa environment is an asset. Weekend availability preferred.
