We are certified Manual Osteopaths and Massage Therapists based in Calgary, offering a wide range of services designed for our client's health and convenience. Our expertise includes Sacrocranial Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Osteoarticular Techniques, Advanced Fascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and both Medical and Sports Massage.


Solid Roots Clinic is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and reliable

Manual Osteopath Practitioner

to join our growing team in the award-winning community of Sundance. This is a part-time contract position with competitive compensation and opportunities to expand your clientele.

Sundance, located in Calgary's vibrant Southeast, is a thriving community built around the city's largest freshwater lake. The area features an exceptional blend of character homes, restaurants, shops, 265 acres of parks, wetlands, and community spaces. Our clinic is located in a professional medical building that also houses dentists, ophthalmologists, and a rehabilitation center--offering excellent cross-referral potential.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering quality care, helping clients achieve lasting health improvements, and building meaningful client relationships. While preference is given to Manual Osteopaths, Registered Massage Therapists with strong clinical skills are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Expectations



Deliver outstanding care and outcomes for every client. Support clients in achieving their clinical, health, and lifestyle goals within appropriate timelines. Build strong professional relationships that benefit both clients and the clinic. Clearly communicate the value of osteopathic care and your skills to clients. Provide exceptional customer service that fosters client retention and referrals. Ensure potential clients attending phone consults or discovery sessions convert to an initial assessment. Create and follow client care plans, agreed upon during the initial visit. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical notes. Participate in and contribute to in-house training and educational development programs. Assist with in-clinic workshops, trade shows, and marketing events. Engage with the clinic's social media presence by contributing to content and initiatives. Perform client call-backs and follow-up with patients who have fallen off schedule.

Pay: $47,284.11-$150,317.00 per year
