We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Osteopath to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in hospital settings, research, and acute care. This role involves providing holistic treatment to patients, focusing on pain management, pediatrics, and overall wellness. The Osteopath will collaborate with medical professionals to deliver effective therapies and improve patient outcomes across various care environments, including home care and clinical settings.

Duties

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients using osteopathic techniques Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Educate patients on posture, exercises, and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners as needed Adhere to clinic policies and professional standards

Skills

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, Epic, Cerner, and other electronic health record systems Experience working with pediatric patients and managing diverse patient populations Skilled in research methodologies related to healthcare practices and outcomes improvement Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment delivery Ability to collect accurate data for clinical research or quality assurance projects Familiarity with medication administration protocols within a clinical setting Prior experience in medical office operations or home care services is advantageous Effective communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and educating patients
