- Answering phones, gives information to callers
- Entering pick ups, local dispatch
- Updating spreadsheets
- Entering billing, data entry for payroll
- Tracing of freight, calling customers with exceptions
- Maintain cash collect account
- Load and unload customers with forklift as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Starting wage is $18.50/Hour
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Good communication skills
- Forklift experience is an asset
