Orthodontist - Southwood Dental (Colonel Talbot, London, ON)



Build and grow a specialty program with a strong referral base across 5 clinics

Start Date:

September 11, 2025

Open to New Grads:

Yes - Licensed Orthodontists in Ontario or International Orthodontists with Canadian experience considered

Schedule



Twice per month to start, growing to weekly Minimum 2 operatories dedicated to ortho days Flexibility to help design and grow the program

Practice & Referral Network



Hub at Southwood Dental Colonel Talbot with referrals from 5 additional practices (10 GPs total) Treatment Coordinator + PM team managing referrals, pre-determinations, and consult coordination

Clinical Scope



Traditional Orthodontics (brackets/wires) Clear Aligners (Invisalign or equivalent - office will support preferred system) Opportunity to shape ortho protocols, build patient flow, and establish long-term presence

Technology & Support



PMS: Tracker | iOS, Digital X-rays, Carrier system in place (open to new systems) Dedicated ortho DA being hired (opportunity to help train) Strong admin and clinical support team

Ideal Candidate



Licensed Orthodontist (RCDSO) or experienced International Orthodontist Confident in full scope of orthodontics (brackets/wires + clear aligners) Personable, patient-focused, strong communicator Self-sufficient and collaborative with GPs and staff

About You:



Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements Valid CPR certification
