We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated
Dental Receptionist
to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience from arrival to departure. The Dental Receptionist will support daily operations by managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet patients and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using practice management software.
Answer multi-line phone calls, address patient inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical records system.
Assist with insurance verification and processing when required.
Provide general information about dental services and procedures.
Work closely with dental staff to maintain a smooth and efficient office flow.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a medical/dental office is an asset but
not required
.
Familiarity with Dolphin Management or Akitu One is beneficial, but
training will be provided
.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
Language Requirements
Fluent in English (required).
Farsi is considered an asset.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 - 45 per week
