to produce high-quality, esthetic, and durable results. As we expand our services, we are excited to announce the opening of our

Orthodontic Department

and are seeking an

Experienced Orthodontic Technician

with exceptional

wire-bending skills

and

digital orthodontic design expertise

to join our growing team.

Duties

Fabricate orthodontic appliances (e.g., Hawley, Wrap Around, 3x3 lingual retainers, twin blocks, Schwartz, expanders, etc.). Perform precise

wire bending

and acrylic finishing with attention to esthetics and function. Design and produce

digital orthodontic appliances

using 3D design and scan software. Manufacture and finish

nightguards, mouthguards, Essix retainers, and clear aligners.

Collaborate with dentists and orthodontists to ensure accuracy and quality standards. Maintain clean, organized, and efficient lab workflow. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience

in an orthodontic or dental lab setting. Proven ability in

wire bending

for orthodontic appliances. Proficiency with

digital orthodontic design and scanning software

Experience fabricating

aligners, nightguards, and retainers.

Strong attention to detail and understanding of dental anatomy. Reliable, organized, and committed to producing quality work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
