Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental technology and be proficient in using CAD software to create high-quality dental restorations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and an understanding of dental procedures, making it essential for the successful candidate to work closely with dental professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties

Fabricate dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances using CAD technology. Interpret prescriptions from dentists and collaborate with them to meet specific patient needs. Perform laboratory tasks such as pouring impressions, trimming models, and finishing restorations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each case. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the laboratory environment. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance the quality of work produced.

Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Dental Technician / Ceramist or in a similar laboratory role is preferred. Proficiency in Exocad and 3Shape software is essential for creating precise dental restorations. Proficiency in fabricating dentures, partial dentures, metal frameworks. Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry is highly desirable. Previous experience working in a dental office or assisting in dental procedures is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity are critical for this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $36.60-$45.00 per hour
