Forst Orthodontics

is seeking an ambitious and experienced Registered Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our amazing team for a part-time, and potentially full time position for the right candidate. The ideal candidate must possess fixed (brackets and wires) and Invisalign orthodontic work experience (1+ years), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

What we are offering:

Part time, leading to a full time position (Office hours are 7:45am to 4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 7:45am to 3:30pm Friday, with no evenings or weekends). Anywhere from 3-5 days per week is possible with flexibility on the days.

What we are seeking:

Registered Dental Assistant (Level II) with Orthodontic Module Experience with dental practice management software (Tops Ortho) will be considered an asset Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and co-workers Customer service mindset Ability to work 24-40 hours per week Great attitude and work ethic

Responsibilities:

Assist the Orthodontist in providing patient care by preparing treatment rooms, completing orthodontic bondings, adjustments, and debonds. Educate patients on oral hygiene and orthodontic care instructions. Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress. Capture records and iTero scans. Fabrication of Essix retainers. Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure a smooth workflow. Support pediatric patients by creating a comfortable environment during visits.
