You will have significant impact, influence and connection with multi-level leaders, across ATCO.The Lead, Organizational Programming reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Strategies, within the Corporate Talent team. You will be accountable to strategize and execute the learning program offerings at ATCO. This opportunity (12-18 months) is a great way to temporarily step into an impactful role and gain new skills.What you get to do:

  • Develop strategy and agree upon annual programs offering.
  • Facilitate three internal ATCO leadership programs with cohorts of around 10 participants per session. Sessions are typically held via Teams.
  • Manage roll-out schedule, organization, and evaluation of internal ATCO leadership programs.
  • Determine any learning content additions/removals required throughout the year, based on cohort feedback and liaising with the business.
  • Update and maintain program cohort trackers, templates, and team sites.
  • Seek opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology to spend more time enhancing the participant experience.
  • Creatively and sustainably support the ongoing learning and connection of the various ATCO leadership program alumni groups.
  • Liaise with and support Ivey School of Business leadership programs and ATCO participants.
  • Support Lumina Spark practitioners to confidently deliver Lumina debriefs and sessions.
  • Liaise with Cornerstone administrator(s) to ensure leadership program completion is updated in participant learning transcript.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors who fit with ATCO offerings.
  • Support the ATCO business with understanding critical skills, how to create IDPs, and how to track skill progression for employee careers.
  • Leverage your strong relationships in the business to support leaders at all levels.
  • Provide informal leadership and collaborative partnership to HR community to best support the leaders in their client groups.
Who You Are:
  • An engaging and inclusive facilitator who can navigate various scenarios and have fun along the way.
  • An organized, continuous learner.
  • A post-secondary graduate (undergraduate degree, diploma or equivalent training) in a related discipline (i.e. Human Resources, Education, Leadership, Organizational Development)
  • An experienced professional with at least 7 years\' of work experience in a related field (e.g. HR, Learning & Development, , Change Management)
  • A current or previous leader, (considered an asset).
