Your Responsibilities:Partner with leaders and project teams to design and implement strategies that connect people, processes, and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business priorities
Develop and deliver integrated solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness, enhance employee experience, and improve overall business outcomes
Diagnose organizational challenges and translate insights into actionable strategies, balancing short-term realities with long-term goals
Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a strategic advisor and thought partner on organizational priorities and people strategies
Collaborate across business areas sand teams to enable transformation, leading initiatives such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, capability-building programs, and communication strategies that drive adoption and sustainability
Act as an internal consultant to senior leaders, helping to shaping people strategies that address business challenges and future needs
Your Skills:Ability to think strategically and apply business acumen to design people strategies that drive business performance
Knowledge of organizational development and design, including principles, processes, and methodologies
Ability to integrate change enablement into broader initiatives including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis communications strategies to drive adoption and sustainability
Strong analytical and communication skills to assess structures, recommend solutions, and present effectively to senior leaders
Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, prioritizing and executing tasks in high-pressure environments to ensure successful outcomes despite uncertainty
Collaborative mindset: a self-starter who values working in a collaborative team-based environment
Your Experience:5 to 10 years of experience in leading the design, delivery and sustainment of people strategies to support organizational goals
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development or equivalent experience
