Our client in Regina, SK is looking for an Organizational Change Manager for an initial 15-month contract till March 31, 2026, reference SX7121, with the option for multiyear renewals. Our client has adopted the Prosci/ADKAR methodology for Organizational Change Management. It is recognized that Organizational Change Management (OCM) is a critical component to project success and as such they have a need to onboard a Change Manager to provide deliverables on select business related initiatives and IT projects. This is an onsite role and the successful candidate(s) must be currently residing in the Regina area or willing to relocate to the area for the duration of the contract.What you will be doing:

  • Prepare for change by working with the project team through the Project Manager and/or Business Lead assigned to understand the project and assess the magnitude of change from the current state to post implementation.
Maintaining project documentation related to the organizational change management activities as per project standards and guidance.Following Prosci/ADKAR methodology and the standards set out by Change and Business Solutions to deliver OCM for the project(s) and/or initiative(s).Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.Identify a set of actionable and targeted OCM activities and efforts to be included in the overall project plan.Develop the required organizational change management deliverables including, but not limited to, the Change Management strategy, Change Management Plan, communication plan, sponsor engagement and reports, training plan, reinforcement plan and resistance management plan.Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary.Working independently and collaboratively with team members as requiredWhat you must have:Gas industry / utility knowledge.Natural Gas Transmission & Storage company knowledge or experience.Knowledge of Change Management Frameworks.Experience leading Change Management on IT projects. Knowledge of IT systems and digital transformation projects to understand technical impacts on users.Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to align change initiatives with project timelines.Maintaining project documentation related to all the change management activities.Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change.Experience delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including a communication plan, sponsor reports, training plan and resistance management plans.Experience with conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary.Experience working independently and collaboratively with team members.Experience in knowledge sharing to ensure progressive realization of improvements within the change management standards.North American job experience.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to prepare and deliver updates, training, and workshops.For information about TEEMA Solutions Group and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
