Job Description

Job Summary:

As an Order Processor/Shipper/Packer at our embroidery service company, you will play a critical hands-on role in the final stages of our customer order fulfillment process. You are responsible for ensuring that every embroidered product is accurately processed, carefully inspected, packaged with care, and shipped correctly to guarantee a delightful unboxing experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Fulfillment:

Receive completed, embroidered goods from the production team. Review work orders and packing slips to verify order accuracy against customer specifications. Meticulously inspect each item for quality, ensuring the embroidery is flawless, threads are trimmed, and the product is free of defects.
Packing & Preparation:

Skillfully and carefully pack finished orders into appropriate boxes or mailers to prevent damage during transit. Fold and present embroidered apparel (e.g., polo shirts, jackets) to professional standards. Insert any required packing slips, invoices, or marketing materials into shipments.
Shipping & Logistics:

Process shipping manifests and generate tracking numbers using our shipping software. Prepare daily pickups with carriers and ensure all outbound shipments are ready on time.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills for processing orders and printing labels.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.12-$25.98 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
