Mail Order Mystery is looking for a team member to assist with customer service and seasonal hiring. The role involves responding to customer queries by email and phone as well as reviewing resumes and interviewing potential seasonal employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as experience with hiring. Mail Order Mystery team members are empathetic, professional, efficient, detail-oriented and proactive problem solvers.
The role may also include support in other departments, and include responsibilities such as assembling various items for our mystery packages, stocking work spaces and assisting with shipping tasks.
Qualifications:
Customer-facing customer service experience
Hiring or recruitment experience
Experience with computer programs such as Slack, Gorgias, Google Workspace
