Overview
Haywood Golf is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented
Golf Club Builder / Order Prep Associate
to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring every custom-built club meets our quality standards before reaching the customer.Primary Responsibilities
Order preparation and packing of custom golf clubs Cleaning and finishing clubs prior to shipment Quality control checks on completed builds Organizing inventory and maintaining a clean work area Assisting with basic club builds (training provided)

Responsibilities may expand to includeassisting with club builds
as skills developIdeal Candidate
Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks Interest in golf or golf equipment (preferred, not required) Willingness to learn club-building processes
Schedule & Compensation
32 hours per week Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
