Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The Packer will be responsible for preparing items for shipping, ensuring they are packed correctly and safely for delivery.

Responsibilities

- Pack items following a specific set of instructions
- Inspect items to ensure they meet quality standards
- Label packages with accurate information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management as needed

-Respond to customer issues via email and phone call with excellent customer service skills

-Maintain inventory counts

Experience

-Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Experience with order picking is advantageous

Schedule

-The schedule is flexible and we estimate 20 hours per week Mondays to Fridays.
