Responsible for all aspects of Order Processing & Purchasing. This includes everything post sales from entering new orders to production schedule to QC inspection and more.
Work with multi-functional teams to push through every order with fast speed and great quality:
Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls. Being a professional and showing empathy and understanding in all interactions with clients
Learning the SRG software
Demonstrating strong organizational and follow-up skills
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and efficiency.
Escalating/relaying issues in a timely manner and providing feedback to the team
Helping with updating client facing informational documentation on as needed basis
Working with customers and import factories to provide weekly timeline reports
Front facing customer meetings and tradeshows
Liaison between customers and internal staff
Support sales team
Maintain organized files for all import activities
Strong attention to detail
In depth knowledge of excel
Basic understanding of international shipping
