The Opportunity: Drive Client Success and Digital Execution
This is a critical, dual focused role where you will be instrumental in managing our core client relationships and executing our digital commerce strategy. We seek a proactive, highly organized professional ready to take self-sufficient ownership of the daily order cycle while supporting the strategic direction of our e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities:
A. Client Relations & Order Management (70%)
Core Order Processing:
Accurately and promptly process all client orders received via phone, email, and online channels through our ERP and/or E-Commerce systems.
Proactive Service:
Serve as the primary client contact, handling inquiries, providing quotes, managing backorders, and ensuring timely and accurate tracking communication.
Process Ownership:
Achieve
self-sufficiency
in managing the order-to-fulfillment lifecycle, quickly learning and executing company procedures.
Operational Support:
Cross training on sending essential
Purchase Orders (POs)
and updating product lead times to assist with vacation coverage as needed
Team Continuity:
Provide reliable
backup coverage
for the Niche Retail Segment Specialist's core order entry tasks during absences.
B. E-Commerce Content & Merchandising Execution (30%)
Content Management:
Execute the digital marketing and content schedule on the website (drag-and-drop functionality, no coding required) to implement changes to seasonal graphics, promotions, and banners.
Project Coordination:
Act as the internal point person, coordinating effectively with external vendors and project managers on specialized projects
Digital Data Integrity:
Ensure product specifications, pricing, and availability are accurate across the website; monitor the ERP integration to ensure data consistency.
Merchandising & Inventory:
Write engaging product descriptions, organize product collections, and manage product photography and listing removal for discontinued items.
