Quik's Farm Ltd., based in Chilliwack BC, is a family farm whose primary business is cut flower growing and processing. With over twenty acres of indoor and an additional thirty acres of seasonal outdoor growing space, the company prides itself in its unique vertical integration within the floriculture sector. Quik's Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, Lisianthus, Sunflowers, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high quality products for our diverse customer base across North America.

We are currently seeking an Order Fulfillment Lead based out of Chilliwack, BC. This position offers you an opportunity to join a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

Following the order pulling process for various mass market and intercompany accounts. Cold chain effect should be accounted for as much as possible for product outside of the coolers. Ensuring all products are loaded and labelled as per shipping standards. Processing orders accurately and efficiently through our shipping and inventory management system. Pick and pack products according to customer specifications. Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling, and packaging. Ensure all orders are shipped on time and in full. Perform quality control check on all products before shipping. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth order processing. Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed. Carry out other duties as assigned to support the operation team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to work well independently andas part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid time management and organizational skills. A keen eye for detail. A creative interest and talent in floral design. Experience working in horticulture or floriculture industries is an asset. Proficient in computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to utilize mathematics and accounting skills at grade 12 or post-secondary level. Completion of high school and/or applicable post-secondary education. Please be advised that this hands-on position requires prolonged periods of standing.

Salary Range:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour commensurate on experience.

This position may require you to work on Saturdays and Statutory holidays. There will be no Sunday work.
